The Website provides information about the App, features on our App, and information related to the subscriptions of the App. The App facilitates businesses to manage tasks, clients, projects, easy invoicing, monitoring employees and keeping a track of the employee's productivity. The App is available on a subscription basis for Tenants. The Website and the App is collectively referred to as platform (“Platform”). Unless otherwise set out below, each capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning as set out in the Terms of Use of the Platform.
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal information collected on this Platform. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on this Platform.

We may collect certain Personal Information when you contact us through the chatbot on our website including but not limited to your name, email address and any other information you provide on the chat.

We may collect certain Personal Information from you if you apply for a job at our Company through the careers page on our Website.

The Tenant decides and has control over the purpose and means of collection and processing of Personal Information of the end users of the App. We may receive certain Personal Information of such end users of the App from the Tenants such as full name, email address, contact number, social media information, payment information, App subscription details.
- Log Data :
When you visit the Platform directly or through third party websites, whether you have signed-in or are just browsing the Website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Website, pages of our Website and Subscription that you visit use, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Website, access times and dates, and other product performance and analytical data.

You may elect to pay for the services through our Platform, we may collect certain information such as name and email address to process your request. You will be required to provide certain payment information directly to our payment processing partners, including but not limited to your name, credit/debit card information. We do not access, store or collect your credit/debit card information.

User undertakes that he shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Information shared with us whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Information on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that he has the necessary authority to share such Personal Information with the Company, obtained a written consent from such third party and the Company shall not be responsible for verifying the same. upon receiving specific instructions/request from the Tenants for the creation or development of business intelligence or data analytics in relation to the services provided by us (for this purpose we may share the Personal Information with certain software or tools available online);

to manage our relationship with you;

- Processing of Personal Information by us on behalf of the Tenant:
This section concerns the Personal Information of the End User collected by the Tenant, and where such collection is only facilitated by us. The Tenant sets the purpose and means of processing of such Personal Information. We process such Personal Information only on behalf of and on the instructions of the Tenant and for the purposes of rendering our services to the Tenant.
If you are the End-user of the App and your Personal Information was shared with us by the Tenant, the privacy policy of the Tenant, on whose behalf we collect and process the Personal Information, will apply. This means that any enquiry, request, objection or complaint that you as an End User may have in connection with the collection and/or processing of Personal Information that forms part of your App usage should be addressed to and resolved by the Tenant solely.
Details of processing: When the Tenant obtains a subscription for the End User, the Tenant shares the Personal Information of such End User to us and instructs us to process the Personal Information to provide services to the Tenant. The Personal Information of End Users shared with us by the Tenant may include full name, email address, employee id number, employee designation, residential address with pin code, contact number, location of the user, date of birth and manager's email address.
Tenant representation:
The Tenant represents that it has acquired all necessary consents and/or relies on other appropriate legal basis for the processing of Personal Information of End Users. Tenant confirms that End Users have been informed about the fact that their Personal Information shared with us for processing for the provision of services.
We will always process all Personal Information on behalf of the Tenant following the Tenant's instructions and in compliance with the applicable laws.
Duration of processing:
We will process the Personal Information for as long as we provide services to the Tenant and the Tenant maintains active accounts of such End Users.
After terminating the contractual relationship between us and the Tenant, we may continue to store some Personal Information, but limited to the minimum amount required, as might be necessary for us to comply with legal obligations, to ensure reliable back-up systems, to resolve disputes between us and the Tenant, if any, to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our agreements, and/or to pursue legitimate interests.
- Disclosures
Affiliates: We may provide your Personal Information to our affiliates to enable them to improve the Offerings, provide feedback and respond to their queries.
Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with the service providers who work with us in connection with operating the Platform and/ or providing the Offerings. All such service providers are subject to stringent confidentiality restrictions consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Merger or Acquisition: We may transfer your Personal Information if we are acquired by another entity, or if we merge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including the Platform, to a third party. Any such third party or resultant entity that receives your Personal Information shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Information in line with the purposes set out herein. We will retain User's Personal Information as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of provision of the services on our Platform. We retain Personal Information for a period of 12 months from the date of collection of such Personal Information. We may also retain and use User's Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Security
We have implemented security controls aligned with ISO 27001:2013 requirements. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.
Your Personal Information is stored on public cloud infrastructure hosted by Microsoft Azure. We have implemented a practice of data segregation and all the data sets of Personal Information collected is stored into separate databases for every Tenant.
- Your Rights
You have the right to access Personal Information in our possession, right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Information, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Information, right to restrict us from processing such Personal Information, right to object to our use of Personal Information, withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process Personal Information. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you to complete a Personal Information request form or seek certain details to verify the request.
